Terms of Service

We provide mobile roadside assistance including tire change and repair, spare installation, battery installation, jump starts, lockouts, gas delivery, lug nut replacement, and stripped lug nut repair. Service availability depends on location, weather, road conditions, and technician availability.

We serve the Charlotte, NC metro area within roughly a 60-mile radius. Hours are Monday through Saturday 24 hours, and Sunday from 3:00 PM.

A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an appointment. For locations more than 60 miles from Charlotte, the non-refundable deposit is $100 to cover the additional distance.

Deposits confirm and hold your spot on our schedule and are not refundable once booked, including for cancellations or no-shows. Deposits are applied toward the cost of the service performed.

Members receive 50% off the service cost on eligible services while their membership is active. Membership pricing and terms are confirmed directly by our team. Memberships do not waive booking deposits unless stated otherwise in writing.

Payment for the remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices are quoted before work begins.

You agree to provide accurate location, vehicle, and contact information, to be reachable by phone, and to ensure the vehicle is in a location where work can be performed safely and legally. You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or authorized to request service on it.

If you opt in, we may send marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates, and non-marketing text messages about appointment confirmations, dispatch updates, and service notifications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Roadside work carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, wear, corroded or previously damaged hardware, or consequential losses such as lost time or income.

We stand behind our workmanship. Parts we install carry only the warranty offered by the manufacturer. Customer-supplied parts are installed without warranty.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
